This flow style practice is designed to target abs with various strengthening exercises integrated throughout the practice and a strong emphasis on mat work. . This class is designed to work your core, and midpoint of your body. To strengthen the internal muscles, while focusing on proper posture and core movement. In this core yoga class, you will develop strength, stability, flexibility and control through a fluid and safe practice. A perfect 45 minute express class that you can get in, in the middle of your day or lunch hour
Vinyasa Flow + Meditate
This style of class is designed to get the body moving, build heat for the first 45 minutes. This vinyasa flow class will consist of a series of sun salutations and will give you the opportunity to move through postures at a quicker tempo. This is an active flowing style yoga class proven to improve strength and introduce you to some advanced postures. Be prepared to work up a sweat in this fun class, pushing you a tad bit out of your comfort zone! Upbeat music will accompany both traditional poses and a creative fusion. The last 15 minutes of class will be a guided meditation using affirmations, visualization techniques and will introduce you to different forms of breath.
This style of class is designed to experience both yang (masculine and active) and yin (feminine and surrender). This class will move energy, build up heat and warm the body for the first 30 minutes of class with a medium-quick tempo. This sequence will include strengthening asanas, creative transitions and playful balancing. Once the body is warm, the last 30 minutes of class is designed to experience deeper stretches, longer holds supported by props. These yin focused relaxing postures will target the connective tissue, and fascia. Slow deep breathing will encourage you to take an inward approach to your practice, practice mindfulness and tune into physical sensations in the body. This style of class is opened to all levels.
This style of class is designed to help you develop a synchronization of breath with a logical flow of postures. This movement will help you build strength, balance and challenge you to find correct alignment in your practice . You will be guided through a series of flows and movement, with creative sequencing. The theme of each class may slightly differ but will incorporate a variety of twists, heart openers, warrior series, balancing poses, and mat work, Modifications will be given where needed. This class is open to all levels, but due to the slow-medium tempo it is open to both beginners and those with a consistent practice coming back to the foundations and alignment of all postures while building deeper physical body and mental awareness.

Restorative Yoga focuses on relaxing in poses, without strain or pain, to achieve physical, mental and emotional relaxation. These classes are very relaxing and slow paced. Props, such as blocks, bolsters, blankets and straps are used so that you are supported in the postures comfortably. This practice is great to balance an active lifestyle, or for those that experience anxiety, restlessness, tension and stress. Your parasympathetic nervous system is supported in this style of class which promotes a relaxation response and reduces stress in the body. Slowing your breath, heart rate and increasing blood flow to your organs. This style of class also includes the use of aromatherapy (guided self massage) and sound therapy (crystal singing bowls) to deepen the calming and meditative effects of this therapeutic practice.
