THE HALO
Join me every month on the Full Moon (either on the day or a day or two before or after) for The Halo: Rise of the Sacred Feminine! This evening has been carefully curated with passion, peace and love to bring you some of my favorite healing modalities.
Our monthly "halo's" are designed for the modern individual that is feeling the call to step into their light, shift or transform. It is for the individual that is hearing "the call" to ascend and is looking for guidance along their awakening. A perfect blend of full moon rituals, astrological teachings and themes, course in miracles insights, a restorative yoga practice and instrumental sound therapy (think crystal singing bowls, and more), you will leave feeling like you took a mini oasis or retreat in the city guiding you back home to your heart.
When I went through one of my major awakenings this year, I began to see how incredibly in synch I was with the new moon and full moon cycles. It made me dive deeper into understanding how these themes play out in our lives, and I wanted better tools to help guide me through the sometimes rocky and turbulent waters. These evenings are meant to be a 'tool' in your toolkits to help navigate you along your path of ascension, raising consciousness and awakening. I wish I had someone to guide me, which is why I feel so called to share my learnings with all of you, in hopes you find some comfort and peace that you're not in this alone!
I understand the power of community and the power of connection for healing, and will be hosting these monthly circles to inspire you to take time out of your busy schedule to commit to your health, joy and inner fulfilment. These unique monthly themes are designed to bring you back into harmony with your sacred feminine and to understand what it means to joyfully be connected with your heart, soul and inner spirit. A note on sound therapy
Never experienced sound therapy before?
Sound has been used to connect individuals and help facilitate self-healing for thousands of years all over the world. Instruments with different sounds and frequencies are used to help individuals meditate by giving them something to focus on, making it easier to clear their mind and relax. Scientifically it has been proven, that these frequencies penetrate the body and help slow down brainwaves to a meditative state (Alpha or Theta state). Emitting alpha and theta brain waves are believed to increase relaxation, creativity, intuition, and overall healing in the body, while reducing anxiety, stress, worry, and fear. When going into a meditative state and listening to relaxing sounds we have the ability to actually shrink the amygdala (part of the brain that controls worry and fear), while creating space for the mind and body to shift into a more present state.
