Grief was a concept that was a little foreign to me prior to a few years ago. Grief hit me like a ton of bricks and ushered me on a journey of remembering who I really was, coming "home" to who god designed me to be and ultimately it taught me about Grace. Guided by grace soon became my daily mantra and I began discovering the complexity (and the simplicity) of this word. I learnt the embodiment of grace and how it was a necessary element of surrendering to the natural process and rhythm of grief.
There were 4 big moments of grief which I will share privately during this workshop, that asked me to look at myself clearly in the mirror and ask myself: “Who am I?” “Why am I here” “What do I believe in?” “What do I value most and what matters least?" These sent me on a new trajectory with new found values and a new found freedom for what was truly on my heart and the desire to co create with God.
In this workshop I will teach you the very principles that I used to move through multiple seasons of grief. It was a lot to process, and involved much trial and error before I had a healthy relationship to grief and found confidence in grace. There have been incredible teachable moments I need to share with you. God often invites these trials and tribulations in to strengthen our character, to learn important lessons, and from this place we become better humans, teachers and are able to serve humanity from this place.
Many of you have experienced grief in some form over the last couple of years whether it was...
With loss, the nervous system must work constantly to adapt and remap to a world and rewire how we experience the world. It takes our biology to create new neural networks for the change in our lives. Understanding the "patterns" that process any of the above loss will help you better navigate some of the common emotions and behavioural patterns that often surface post trauma. Remember your system is wildly wise and has the ability to process trauma with the right tools in place! Post trauma growth is available to us all with the right tools and when we understanding the opportunity that is available to us all when we learn and embrace the gift of grace.
