Acai Goji + Blueberry Smoothie
I love making my daily smoothies because it's such an easy way to get your greens in everyday, and you can make it taste delicious. This smoothie is loaded with alkalinizing foods and superfoods that actually pull toxins out of the body. Find a couple great greens powders that are clean without any fillers and keep them on hand for your smoothie making. Here I used the Amazing Grass brand which is a blend of acai berries, goji berries, chlorella, wheatgrass, spirulina, barley grass and maca to name a few of the wicked ingredients. Greens powders are a phenomenal way to alkalize the body, just remember to choose a quality brand.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 + 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk (make sure it is carageenan free!)
- 1 tbsp. greens powder (Amazing Grass Goji + Acai Green Superfood Powder)
- 2 handfuls spinach
- 2 tbsp. hemp seeds (Hemp Hearts)
Steps:
- Combine all ingredients- blueberries, banana, almond milk, greens powder, spinach and hemp seeds into a blender
- Pour into a mason jar or a tall glass
- Sip + Enjoy!!
